Returns
Simple
You have a period of 1 month (the law provides for 2 weeks) after the delivery of your package to return your purchase to us. Of course, the product must be returned to us in new condition in its packaging with its accessories. We will issue a refund or credit upon receipt of your return within 15 days (maximum period provided by law 30 days).
You can return your item to us for a 5 euros processing fee. Upon simple request from you using our contact form, we will send you a return form to be completed in order to drop off your package at the nearest post office.
