Application Scope
All deliveries and services of www.nozbone.com should be dealt with these genral term and conditions. Nozbone reserves the right to change or modify these conditions at any time. These conditions will be the only ones applicable at the time of ordering.
Order :
Every order confirmed by the customer shall be considered as a definitive order.
By clicking the "Buy" button, you declare that you wish to purchase the ordered goods.
Price :
Prices are in euros and are susceptible to be modiied at any time. Prices on the product description shall be understood without shipment and packing costs that could be add as described at the time of validating your order.
Payment and security
You can choose between different payment otions
Credit Cards or Paypal.
Your order will be confirmed as soon as the payment is registered.
All the payment informations are fully encrypted by the SSl protocl trogh the Banque postale payment system SCELLIUS.
We or any other person don’t have any access to your payment informations.
As soon as the payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipment
The goods travel at the risk of the buyer. This is the customer’s responsabilit to check the conformity of the goods at the delivery. If not, the customer should declare reserves and inform the carrier and Nozbone within 2 business days. More infos about shipment here.
Right of Cancellation
In accordance with the L.121-20 article of the french consumer Code the customer has a 14 days delay to change his mind and return the goods without incurring any penalty other than the cost of returning the goods of 5 euros (Only available in the EU).
Of course the products should be unused and in its original pacakege with all its accessories.

Warranty and responsability
Nozbone should not be liable for the inexecution of the contract in the event of unavailability or out-of-stock condition of the product, in the event of cause beyond control, of disturbance or all-out strike or partial in particular of the mail service and communication Internet and means, floods, fires, …
All the goods bought on www.nozbone.com er under the legal warranty for hidden defects.
