Stock availability

in real time

The online stock on the site is updated in real time. This is the stock actually available at the store. It may very rarely happen that the same product is ordered online and in the store at the same time. In this case we favor the one who placed the order first.

Delivery

Free from 100€

Any order placed before 10:30 a.m. will be dispatched the same day.

  • Delivery against signature at home by Colissimo (Notice of passage and parcel available 15 days at your post office in case of absence)
  • Delivery to a merchant in the Colissimo Relai or Mondial Relai network
  • Express delivery by Chronopost

You will automatically receive an email with your tracking number (also available online by logging into your account).
Some countries charge customs fees, we then charge the products excluding tax and the VAT is calculated upon receipt of the package and we are totally independent of the processing times requested by customs.

Free returns

Simple & Free

You have a period of 1 month (the law provides for 2 weeks) after the delivery of your package to return your purchase to us. Of course, the product must be returned to us in new condition in its packaging with its accessories. We will issue a refund or credit upon receipt of your return within 15 days (maximum period provided by law 30 days).

us can return your item to us free of charge. Upon simple request from you using our contact form, we will send you a return form to be completed in order to drop off your package at the nearest post office.
